I became a member of Household of Faith in 2006. I had to be broken, delivered, and now healed so that I may serve others with pure motives, run with the house vision and walk in humility, unity, and love. Praise God for our pastors who preach and teach the Word of God with Holy Ghost boldness. I give God all the glory for my anointed spiritual father and mother who has the mind of Christ to impart what they have to a person and reaching on the inside of that person to pull out what God has already put within. Certainly, I love my pastors and church family. (1 Sam 14:7)
While at Household I have learned that if you lift your head in pride, you will become a spiritual casualty because God resists the proud and He is against them. (1 Peter 5:5) Therefore, Humility will always protect God’s servants from the fiery darts of the enemy. Indeed, my favorite Scriptures are 2 Timothy 2:3-4, “(3) Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. (4) No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” Victory is for every believer; however, we must first submit to God and spiritual authority, get in place, and walk in our spiritual assignment.
I thank God for the honor to serve as Armor bearer for the First Lady, Minister Annie Carter beginning in August 2009. Also, it is a blessing to be a vessel to serve as the Christian Youth League Chairperson, Youth Leader, Children Church Teacher, and Bus Ministry. I give God all the glory to be a Praise & Worshipper, Praise Dancer, Choir member, Finance Committee member, Program Committee member, and Food Service Committee member. (Ecclesiastes 9:10) |
