My husband, Elder Robert Torry, and I joined St. Pauls Missionary
Baptist Church in December of 1976. We moved into our new
sanctuary, HHF, in 1981 Where I became one of the first
Deaconesses. I served as head deaconess under Minister Annie
Carter. My servantship consisted of caring for infants and young
children in the nursery and assisting me husband with Sunday
school classes. Currently I hold the office of Deacon.
